Make sure you have the correct
login (but, of course!). If you set up a password reminder in
your profile, use the password retrieval feature.
Note that too many login
attempts with an incorrect username and password will lock your
account. If your account is locked or you couldn't successfully
retreive your login, here'swhat to do:
Students, contact your advisor.
He or she can check or unlock your BPO account. Parents should
also contact their student's advisor. Advisors can also create
accounts for new students and parents.
Staff members, contact your principal or a school
administrator or email Joe at jbattaglia@bigpicture.org.
School administrators can create or troublshoot accounts for any
user at their school.
Mentors, please contact your school's internship
coordinator.
Make sure that your
school computers and school/district servers are configured to
use a dynamic, database intensive application like BPO. Download
this BPO
Technical Requirements handout and give it to the staff person
who handles computer set up.
Frequent causese of login trouble or issues using an application
like BPO are related to cookie or caching settings on your browser
or a school / district server.
